Betting Information
Bet Acceptance and Validity
Kirgo accepts bets on the basis of the Line displayed on Kirgo's platform at the time of bet placement. Bets are accepted on pre-match events and, where applicable, on events in progress under Live Betting provisions. By placing a bet, the bettor confirms they have no knowledge of the event's outcome beyond public information available at the time of betting. Disputes about bets must be raised within 30 days following the event's conclusion. Kirgo reserves the right to alter odds, forfeits, totals, and express bet limits, at any time. Bets placed prior to such changes remain subject to the Line in force at acceptance. The minimum and maximum stake per event are set by Kirgo and may change without notice. Any bet placed on an event whose outcome is already determined at the moment of placement is void and refunded, and will be excluded from any Express or accumulator. Prematch bets placed after the event start time are calculated with odds of 1.00. Kirgo will strive for accuracy in event information but cannot be held liable for errors except in cases of obvious clerical mistakes or discrepancies with the official result. The player is solely responsible for the accuracy of their bet details. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Communications failures do not ordinarily render a bet invalid if the bet has been registered on Kirgo’s server. In cases of disqualification or unsportsmanlike conduct, bets on affected matches may be settled at odds of 1.00 where applicable as described in the relevant rules.
Types of Bets
Kirgo offers several bet structures:
- Single Bet: a single selection on a single market. Winnings equal the stake multiplied by the market odds for that outcome.
 - Express/Accumulator: a wager on two or more independent events. All selections must win for the Express to pay. Total odds equal the product of the individual odds.
 - System Bets: a fixed set of Expresses formed from a chosen number of selections. Winnings equal the sum of the winnings from each Express within the System. Examples include System (2/3) and System (2/4) variants, with specific Express counts.
 - Conditional Bets: a chain of standard bets where only the first bet is funded upfront; subsequent bets in the series are funded from winnings of the preceding bet. If the principal bet loses, all conditional bets lose. If winnings are insufficient to fund a subsequent bet, those bets are excluded.
 - Live Bets: bets placed on events in progress are settled using live market data. Details are provided in the Live Betting section.

Live Betting
Live bets are accepted during an event on markets whose outcomes are not yet determined. Odds update in real time and may move between selection and acceptance. Settlement occurs based on Kirgo's data and official results as they become available. Bets on markets involving athletes not participating in the event are generally void. Bets resolved during the live session are settled as soon as the outcome is determined. All Live bets on markets determined during play remain valid even if the event is interrupted. Claims related to live bets may be submitted within 24 hours of the event start. If a match is interrupted or not completed within 24 hours, settled bets are not recalculated. Where outcomes are unclear or did not occur, odds of 1.00 may be applied.
Cash Out
Cash Out allows early settlement of a bet before the event concludes. Cash Out is available for Single and Combo bets when the option is shown for the bet. The feature may be unavailable due to technical reasons, in which case Cash Out may resume later. To Cash Out, open the bet details in Coupon - My Bets or Profile - Bet History and select Cash Out. Cash Out is not universally offered for all events or bet types.
Settlement, Disputes, and Adjustments
Kirgo makes reasonable efforts to ensure accurate settlement but may correct orders after detection of errors. If a bet is incorrectly settled due to technical issues or erroneous event data, settlements may be recalculated. In the event of a forfeit, disqualification, postponement beyond 48 hours, or other disruption, settled markets will be adjusted as follows: bets on markets with results known at interruption are settled; remaining markets may be adjusted to 1.00 odds or void. If a disqualification or unfair play is established by the organizer, bets on affected markets may be settled at 1.00 odds. Kirgo reserves the right to recalculate results on the basis of an official source within 10 days after event completion; after that window, no claims for recalculation are accepted.
Minima, Limits, and Restrictions
The minimum stake for all events is fixed by Kirgo and is specified in the current line. Kirgo reserves the right to impose or remove limits on individual events, to decline bets on identical or near-identical outcomes, and to restrict or suspend accounts without prior notice or explanation. The maximum stake per event is indicated in the current line and may change without prior notice.
Account History and Bets
Customers may view their bet history via the account section. A date filter allows retrieval of bets placed within a chosen period.
Eligibility and Privacy
Age restrictions apply. Persons under 18 are prohibited from registering or placing bets. Kirgo processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws; information is kept confidential and may be disclosed to regulators where required. Communications to players relate only to the customer’s account or approved promotions. Winnings and payment data are treated as confidential and stored securely.
Rule Changes and Notifications
Kirgo may amend these betting rules at any time. New rules take effect immediately upon publication and apply to bets placed after publication. Existing bets remain subject to the rules in force at the time of their placement unless required by law or regulation.
