Kirgo Bonus Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all bonus offers and related wagering at Kirgo. Participation confirms acceptance of these terms and any promotion‑specific terms published for a given offer.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

To participate in any bonus, you must be at least 18 years old, hold a Kirgo account in good standing, and reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling and bonus offers are legal. One account per person, household, IP address, and payment method applies. Kirgo may suspend or close accounts suspected of multiple registrations, collusion, or other fraudulent activity, and may withhold bonuses pending identity verification.

Bonus Offers Overview

Kirgo provides a tiered Welcome Program and periodic deposit‑based bonuses. Each offer has a defined deposit prerequisite, percentage match, maximum bonus, and any accompanying free spins. All bonuses are awarded to Bonus Money and must be wagered prior to cash withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived therefrom.

First Deposit Bonus

  1. 100% match bonus up to €1,000 plus 100 Free Spins.
  2. Availability is limited to your FIRST eligible deposit after account creation.
  3. Credit: Bonus funds and free spins are awarded immediately after the qualifying deposit and any required verification are completed.
  4. Wagering: The combined value of the bonus and winnings from Free Spins must be wagered 40 times before any withdrawal is permitted.
  5. Free Spins: 100 spins are credited upon activation and may be used only on designated Bonus Games. Winnings from Free Spins are subject to the wagering requirement. Free Spins expire 7 days after credit if not used.
  6. Maximum bet during wagering: €5 (or equivalent) per spin/round.
  7. Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not completed within 30 days of activation.
  8. Withdrawal: A withdrawal request before completing the wagering requirements will forfeit the bonus funds and any associated winnings.

Second, Third and Fourth Deposit Bonuses

  1. Second Deposit Bonus: 50% match up to €500 plus 50 Free Spins.
  2. Third Deposit Bonus: 40% match up to €400 plus 40 Free Spins.
  3. Fourth Deposit Bonus: 25% match up to €300 plus 30 Free Spins.
  4. Each offer is available upon the respective deposit and requires verification where applicable.
  5. Wagering: Each bonus must be wagered 40 times before withdrawal; Free Spins winnings are included in the wagering calculation under the same 40x requirement.
  6. Free Spins: Free Spins for these offers are credited in batches and must be used within 7 days of credit. The maximum bet during wagering remains €5 per spin/round.
  7. Expiry/Withdrawal: Uncompleted wagering within 30 days results in forfeiture of the bonus funds and related winnings; withdrawals are allowed only after wagering is fulfilled.

Free Spins Policy

Free Spins are restricted to Bonus Games and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement. Winnings from Free Spins are treated as bonus winnings and must be wagered 40 times before cash withdrawal. Free Spins have a validity period of 7 days from credit, after which they expire if not used.

Wagering Requirements and Contributions

Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses. Game contribution to wagering is as follows:

  • Slots: 100% contribution.
  • Table games and other eligible non‑slot games: 20% contribution.
  • Live Casino: 0% contribution to wagering.

All bets while a bonus is active are subject to a maximum bet cap of €5 per spin/round. Certain games may be excluded from wagering during an active bonus; the list of excluded games is provided in the promotion’s terms and may be updated by Kirgo at any time without prior notice.

Territorial Restrictions

The following jurisdictions are currently restricted from participation in Kirgo bonus offers: Croatia, Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia, Malaysia, Argentina, Peru, Sweden, Finland. Other jurisdictions may be restricted from time to time; eligibility is determined at the time of promotion entry.

VIP, Abuse Prevention and Bonus Management

Kirgo monitors bonus activity to prevent abuse. If a player’s bonus ratio (total bonuses multiplied by 100, divided by total deposits) exceeds 50% after 8 deposits, the player may be excluded from the VIP program and from receiving further bonuses until the ratio falls below 50%. Kirgo will notify the player by email of any temporary VIP exclusion. If accepted limits or responsible gambling measures are applied to an account, bonuses will not be issued.

General Restrictions and Good Practice

  • Deposits and bonuses are per account and per household; shared devices or payment methods may be treated as a single account.
  • By requesting a withdrawal, you acknowledge and forfeit any uncredited bonus funds and unspent wagering obligations.
  • Stakes from certain games may not contribute to wagering requirements for bonuses as specified in the bonus terms.
  • Kirgo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus program at any time, with or without notice, and to determine eligibility in its sole discretion.

Withdrawal Rules and Bonus Forfeiture

Bonuses and related winnings may be withdrawn only after the completion of all wagering requirements. If the bonus remains active but wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be void. You may cancel any active bonuses; however, any funds already attributed to wagering obligations will be forfeited.

Changes to Terms

Kirgo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate bonus programs or the bonus terms at any time. Any changes will apply to future bonus offers and promotions and may be communicated through Kirgo’s standard channels. Ongoing promotions may continue to operate under their existing terms until they expire or are amended.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with Kirgo bonus offers shall be resolved by the competent courts of Curaçao, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

Data, Verification and Support

Participation in bonuses may require identity verification and source of funds checks. Kirgo may request documentation to confirm identity, residence, and payment methods prior to awarding bonuses or processing withdrawals.
