Responsible Gaming Policy
Purpose and Scope
Kirgo maintains a Responsible Gaming Policy to prevent harm from gaming and to support players in maintaining control over activity across all Kirgo products, including sports betting, casino and live dealer experiences. This policy applies to all customer interactions on the Kirgo platform and governs the use of tools, disclosures and support services designed to reduce risk and promote safe participation.
Principles of Responsible Gaming
The Kirgo approach rests on three core objectives: protect player security, preserve game integrity, and deliver clear, accurate information. The operator complies with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements and implements independent monitoring of outcomes and fairness, along with responsible marketing that reflects achievable offers and avoids creating harmful expectations.
- Player Safety and Privacy: protection of minors, safeguarding personal data, and preventing exploitative marketing.
- Fairness and Transparency: independently tested games and clear disclosures about rewards and limits.
- Prevention and Intervention: proactive measures to identify risk, educate players, and provide pathways to help and support.
Age Verification and Minor Protection
Participation in Kirgo services is limited to individuals aged 18 or older. Age is verified during registration and as required by applicable law. Kirgo maintains procedures to detect and prevent underage access and shall suspend or restrict an account where age verification fails or underage use is suspected. Minors are prohibited from any participation and from receiving any benefit from accounts opened in their name.
Self Control Tools and Player Care
Deposit limits
Customers may configure daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits. The platform enforces these limits to prevent unaffordable spending. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit may require a confirmation step and may be subject to a short processing period before the higher limit becomes effective. Customers may remove or modify limits at any time.
Time Out
Time out provides a temporary pause from all Kirgo products. Available periods are 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days and 30 days. During a time out the customer cannot deposit, withdraw or play. A time out can be revoked only after 24 hours from the initial request. Upon expiry, the account is automatically reactivated unless the customer has chosen to extend or redefine the period.
Self Exclusion
Self exclusion offers a longer term withdrawal from all Kirgo products for a defined period. Available periods are 6 months, 1 year, 2 years and 5 years. Self exclusion requests must be submitted to Kirgo support. Once accepted the account is disabled and cannot deposit or withdraw during the exclusion period. The customer must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating a new account. Reinstatement after the chosen period requires a customer initiated action and confirmation by Kirgo. Self exclusion cannot be undone before the end of the selected period.
Intervention, Support and Education
Kirgo monitors activity for signs of problematic gambling and provides a structured pathway for risk reduction. When risks are identified or when a customer requests help, the operator offers guidance, self assessment tools and access to appropriate support services to assist with reduction of time and spend. Educational materials explain risks and support responsible decision making. Kirgo will facilitate access to professional support services as needed and within applicable laws.
Education and Self Assessment Tools
Educational content and self assessment resources are provided to help customers understand risk factors and to support self control. A confidential self assessment mechanism may be offered to indicate risk level and to guide customers toward appropriate risk management steps. Kirgo provides information about available professional services and how to access them.
Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data collected in the course of gaming are processed in accordance with Kirgo privacy policies and applicable data protection laws. Data is used for account management, gaming integrity, risk prevention and regulatory compliance. Data may be shared with regulators and other competent authorities as permitted by law and policy.
Marketing, Communications and Transparency
Marketing activities comply with responsible gaming standards. Communications related to Kirgo products are accurate, not misleading about outcomes, and do not target individuals who have activated self control measures or self excluded. Customers may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
Compliance and Governance
Kirgo operates under a licensed framework and conducts regular reviews of its responsible gaming measures to align with best practice and regulatory obligations. The customer support team provides accessible assistance for inquiries about responsible gaming and can initiate safety tools upon request.
