1. General Provisions

These Terms govern your access to and use of Kirgo's online gambling and gaming platform (the Platform). By registering for, accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies referenced herein. The English version controls interpretation; if a translation is provided, it does not modify the meaning of the English text. Kirgo reserves the right to amend these Terms and shall provide notice of substantial changes in accordance with the Platform's communications policy. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Opening Your Account and Eligibility

You must be at least the minimum legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction and meet any additional age restrictions applicable to Kirgo.
You must reside in a jurisdiction where the Platform is legally offered and not be prohibited from using the Services by applicable law.
You must provide accurate, current information when registering and maintain it as up to date.
You must not create or maintain more than one active Account, and accounts opened in contravention of these requirements may be closed at Kirgo's discretion.
Kirgo may require identity verification and documentation before enabling certain features or allowing withdrawals.

3. Account Security and Client Information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account.
You must promptly notify Kirgo of any suspected unauthorized use or security breach regarding your Account.
Kirgo assumes the correct ownership of funds deposited into your Account unless and until proven otherwise in accordance with applicable law and Kirgo's policies.

4. Identity Verification and Know Your Customer

Kirgo may conduct identity and source of funds checks from time to time, including requests for documents, identity videos, or notarized proofs. Verification may be required to process deposits, enable withdrawals, or access certain features. Verification may take up to 14 business days from receipt of documents. If verification cannot be completed, Kirgo may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Platform and may forfeit or restrict funds as permitted by law and policy. If you are unable to meet the Relevant Verification Standards, your Account may be closed and funds returned in the manner Kirgo determines.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals and Funds

Funds deposited into your Account are held separately from Kirgo's own funds in a dedicated client account with a licensed financial institution where required by law.
You may only deposit and withdraw using methods that Kirgo has approved for your Account and jurisdiction.
Withdrawals follow Kirgo's processing times and may be subject to additional verification. Pending or restricted withdrawals will be communicated via your Account notifications.
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to anti money laundering and know your customer checks. Kirgo reserves the right to refuse, reverse or hold transactions that do not comply with applicable laws or Kirgo policies.

6. Use of Services and Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Platform for any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or intended to defraud, including but not limited to collusion, match fixing, or manipulation of odds or outcomes.
You must not use automated tools, bots, or software designed to gain an unfair advantage, nor may you engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform’s integrity.
You must not attempt to exploit bugs or glitches in the Platform, or to use information obtained through a breach of security.
You must not register multiple Accounts or transfer funds between Accounts without Kirgo's express written consent.
You must not use the Platform while under the influence of substances that impair judgment or while you are banned or restricted in any manner by Kirgo or applicable law.

7. Game Rules, Bonuses and Promotions

All gaming and betting is subject to Game Rules and Promotion Terms published within the Platform. Any bonus, loyalty or promotion is granted subject to its applicable wagering requirements, time limits, and eligibility criteria. Kirgo may suspend or cancel bonuses or promotions at its discretion for abuse, breach of Terms, or suspected fraudulent activity.

8. Intellectual Property and Software

All content, software, trademarks and other intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Kirgo or its licensors. You may use the Platform for personal, non commercial purposes only in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, publish, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform without Kirgo's prior written consent.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Kirgo processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing and warrant the accuracy of your data. You have rights to access, rectify, or request deletion of your personal data as provided by law and Kirgo policy.

10. Website Availability, Updates and Third-Party Content

The Platform may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, security, or regulatory requirements. Kirgo may engage third party providers to supply components of the Platform; such providers are subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations. Kirgo does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Kirgo excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. Kirgo's total liability for any claim related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amounts you have actually paid to Kirgo or the equivalent value of the services used, whichever is lower. Kirgo does not guarantee outcomes, profits, or loss avoidance from use of the Platform.

12. Complaints, Notices and Dispute Resolution

Any complaints must be submitted in writing through the Platform's designated channel. Kirgo will acknowledge and investigate complaints in accordance with its internal procedures and applicable law. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may have access to applicable regulatory or formal dispute resolution mechanisms as required by law.

13. Transfer of Rights and Obligations; Events Outside Our Control

Kirgo may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor entity. Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, acts of government, or network failures.

14. Entire Agreement, Severability and Waiver

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kirgo regarding the Platform. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Kirgo's failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising in connection with the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kirgo is licensed. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Responsible Gaming

Kirgo is committed to responsible gaming. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you should seek professional help and consider self assessment or self exclusion options as offered by Kirgo under its Responsible Gaming Policy and in accordance with applicable law.

17. Changes to Terms

Kirgo may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in a timely manner. Your continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
